Romans 9:20-21
20But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this?” 21 Has the potter no right over the clay..
Gina this bible verse hit you like a ton of bricks. You know those times you ask God why are these your battles? It is like you….questioning the maker. The potter. You don’t remember that you are only the clay. You are being molded and fighting or grumbling about your clay isn’t going to change anything. Gina open your eyes to the molding that God is doing in your life. Accept Him. Your circumstances. Let him in to mold your heart. Let go of the pasttimes, the habits, the addictions to social media, attention and food GO. Let them go to him. He is the potter and can control it all. When ever you are doubting your looks, your situation. Remember this verse and say. Who are you to answer back to God, Gina? This is who HE molded. See that girl. BE that girl.

Gina. Do you remember this day? Do you remember this week? This month? How you felt? How much you smiled, how you struggled but pulled through. How you woke up and fought every morning.
Gina you are important enough to fight for this everyday. Why else is there a boxing glove keychain on your alarm. Turn to God in every moment of weakness. We are beings that NEED him. So forget the worldly view and cling to him and ask for guidance. He will set your feet right. Choose the thoughts and actions that will love your body, your family and your work. Stop the negative ones the moment you see through the lie or the promise of instant gratification. You are worth it Gina. It’s your lives purpose to be yourself and through that show God to everyone you meet.
You can do this. I know you can.
You have been trying extra hard at pleasing everyone lately, with the “right” shots and making sure you don’t miss anything, but truly what you have done is has clamped off your true creativity. And you wonder why you haven’t been on fire? You have shut off the fire trying to be something/someone else. There are going to be up’s and downs in a business, you need to stop trying to please which is something that you innately want to do. But, being fully Gina is the most authentic way to serve others. Commiting a 100% to be everything the God made Gina to be is what you need to strive for. Gina you need to STAND your ground to be here. Some clients will stay and some will go away, but the right ones. The ones who value your work, your creative view and your heart will be there. Gina God has you right in the palm of his hand. Let go. Let go. Every moment Let go.
Gina you wrote these words primarily for you. For you to choose to be alive in every moment. To not go through the motions. To take in every second of your wedding tomorrow with a new pair of eyes and profound trust in your gut and with God. To not worry about the small but give your heart and gifts for him to be used big. So go BIG today. Blow it out of the water, because you CAN. Trust God with be with Matt during the day. Give every bit of worry or discouragement to The Father. Stop those negative thoughts at the beginning because they are not true. Create, laugh, giggle, get messy just like you did when you painted these canvases. Love the mistakes and keep moving forward. Then when you get home. Cultivate every moment with Matt. Love. Hug, pay attention, turn off distraction, invest. Create a new weekend tradition. Love God with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. You have his GRACE. His amazing GRACE. Lean into that. Always. Gina, really, seriously……..kick butt today. I believe in you and your ability.
